Out-of-the-Ordinary

Technical to the core. Human to the bone.

Behind every turbine you’ll find a team that brings technical expertise, deep local knowledge, and a real sense of responsibility to the job.

We never lose sight of the communities around our sites, the colleagues beside us, and the generations we're building for. That's what makes Elicio more than an energy company. We are a team with a clear course, driven by the wind and by something that doesn't show up on a spec sheet.

Our values

The wind of change

Headwind or tailwind, our values set the course. In a fast-moving energy market, they keep us sharp, grounded, and pointed in the right direction.

Full power

Half measures slow everything down, so we leave them behind. There's a fresh wind running through this team: initiative, forward thinking, and real momentum.

Focused and straightforward

Hands-on work. Clear communication. Strong alignment. We move fast when we need to, and we deliver at scale when it counts.

Built on trust

The energy transition is a team effort, and so is Elicio. With many of our people on board for years, trust isn't something we talk about. It's just how we work.

Passionate

Proud of what we build. Down-to-earth in how we do it. We are driven by what our work means.

Good energy doesn't stop at the turbine

There’s no green energy without good energy. Sport gives us oxygen, sharpens our thinking, and strengthens our team spirit. We were even named Sportiest Company of the Year 25/26.
